When purchasing the Interwatch Security solution the features and services include:

Live viewing

This allows you to live and unlimited viewing of your business. View your internal and external camera's simultaneously. The surveillance software also allows you to view your camera via your mobile or PDA. You are able to view your camera 365 days per year, 24/7.

Browse recordings

With this feature you can browse through the video which your camera may have recorded. Should you be unable to view your camera upon an alert you are able to logon and browse at a later date. The server records all images from the camera and are stored on our for upto five days.

Alert types

When motion is detected an alert will be sent, this can be done via email, SMS text message and a phone call to either a landline number or mobile. An alert can be triggered by movement or by sound. The maximum number of SMS/phone call alerts sent in total for one calendar month is 100. Should you require further alerts you will need to purchase an additional bundle.

This allows you to choose who recieves the alerts upon motion detection.

Image with email alert

Email alerts are all sent with an image from the camera.

Alert sent on camera failures

Should your camera detect failure you are sent an alert. The Camera Management Centre at Interwatch Security are also sent notification so they can attend to the problem.

We offer telephone and email support to all customers. This support includes technical and general queries. If you need help with the software, your camera or just have a general question for us we are here to help

Camera Support

All customers receive full camera support. Should your camera detect failure we are able to login remotely to diagnose the problem. These type of cameras are normally very reliable, however, if the occasion arises where we can not solve the problem remotely we will send an engineer out to re-set/re-configure the camera for you.

Camera 'Health Checks'

Quarterley camera 'Health Checks' are carried out by our engineers to ensure the camera is working correctly. For internal cameras these checks also include the cleaning of the lens.

Event Scheduler

This is a very handy feature. The software is able to stop and start filming so you won't be recorded. You are able to set the software to film during certain times of the day. (i.e when you are at work or away on holiday)

Audio

Axis cameras have a built in Microphone which means you can watch and listen to events from your property. This is another fantastic feature and acts as further evidence, if required.

AVI Export

This allows you to export the video footage from your camera onto your local hard drive. This is an excellent feature within the software allowing you to watch the previous incidents from your computer, and in colour. This allows you to record onto DVD and provide the evidence to a third party, i.e the Police. The software records on motion detection and the images from the camera and are stored for upto five days.

JPG Export

This allows you to export the images from your camera onto your local hard drive. This is a very important tool within the software should you wish to provide the evidence to a third party, i.e the Police. The software records on motion detection and the images from the camera and are stored for upto five days.

Time Navigation

This feature allows you to find recordings, you can jump to specific time/date or to next detected motion, or use motion detection sequence overviews allowing you to pin-point the exact time and date of an incident.

Digital Zoom

Another clever tool in the software. This allows you to digitally zoom in and out, this is a great way to help identify people, or even car registration plates. Pan, Tilt and Zoom Control Pant Tilit and Zoom cameras remotely, also using preset positions. You will need to purchase a PTZ camera to see the real benefits of this feature.

Web based browser viewing

Using your login details this brilliant feature allows you to be able to access your camera through any computer from an Internet web browser. This is very handy should you be away from your home computer.

Remote client viewing

This feature allows you to be able to download the client onto your local computer which is a direct connection to our server.

Mobile device viewing

The software gives you the capability to view your camera from a mobile phone or hand held device. This is a great way to view your property should you be away from your home computer and not have access to another PC. The software connects to our server using any IP connection; typically wireless LAN, GPRS, etc.

Phone call alerts

This is a truly fantastic feature, should motion be detected not only can you receive an email alert, an SMS text alert you can also receive a phone call telling you to check your camera. Calls can be set up to your mobile or to your landline.The maximum number of alerts sent in total for one calendar month is 100. Should you require further alerts you will need to purchase an additional bundle. This applies to phone speech and SMS text message alerts only.
